Can I submit anonymously?
Yes. No account or email required. You may provide an email if you want us to contact you before publication, but it is entirely optional.
Can I name the company?
Yes, if your story is factual, written in the first person, and free of insults or criminal accusations. We review every submission. Sensitive stories may be anonymised.
Do you moderate stories?
Every submission is reviewed manually before publication. We remove personal data, doxxing, threats, and unsupported allegations. We may edit for clarity with your consent.
Is this a place to cancel companies?
No. We document individual experiences. Stories are personal accounts, not verified findings about a company’s general practices.
Are personal names published?
Never. We do not publish names of recruiters, hiring managers, or any identifiable individuals.
What is Recruiting Is Hell?
An anonymous, moderated archive of candidate experiences with broken hiring processes. We collect stories, publish practical resources, and document problematic job postings.
